Mother's Day Menu 2008

	Lobster creamy soup.
*	King prawns and asparagus with seeded mustard mayonnaise and a baby herb and watercress salad.
	Grilled kangaroo loin with rocket, pear, blue cheese, walnuts and agro dolce.
	Smoked salmon with a mixed herbs and mesclun salad served with a peppered citrus dressing.
	Pan fried salt and pepper calamari with a mint, bean shoots, peanuts, coriander and baby herb salad.
	Chicken spring rolls with vegetables.
	Half dozen oysters - Natural, Mornay or Kilpatrick.
	Vegetarian tart filled with eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, sun-dried tomatoes and olives.

*	Tasmanian salmon grilled on a mashed potato and sautéed vegetables or optional served with garlic, chilli and parsley garnished with watercress.
*	Char grilled rosemary lamb cutlets with a home made jus served on a bed of creamy mashed potato and sautéed spinach.
	Char grilled sirloin cooked medium with pepper sauce, sautéed vegetables and rosemary roasted potatoes or optional served with mustard sauce.
	Mixed seafood plate – prawns, octopus, mussels, calamari and served with chips and baby herbs and tartare sauce.
	Crispy chicken supreme fillet, filled with English spinach topped with crispy prosciutto served on mashed potato, sautéed vegetables with oyster mushroom sauce.
	Ricotta and spinach ravioli with char grilled eggplant, capsicum and olives in a tomato and fresh basil sauce.

	Bacio Romantico – rich chocolate gelato.
	Brandy snap basket with a choice of three gelato:- blood orange, vanilla bean, panna cotta, chocolate, hazelnut and lemon.
	Sticky date pudding served with butterscotch sauce and cream.
	Baked cheesecake served with vanilla bean gelato.
	Cheese plate with King Island double Brie, Tilba club vintage cheddar served with bbq'd fruit bread and water crackers.
